Wipe the case and crystal with a soft dry cloth. Keep leather straps away from water and perfume; steel bracelets can be rinsed and dried.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders placed before 2 PM (Mon–Fri) leave the same business day. Express delivery is 2–4 business days, standard is 5–8. You get a tracking link by email the moment your parcel is scanned.
Is this watch water resistant?
Water resistance varies by model, and the exact rating for this watch is listed under Specifications. As a rule: 3 ATM handles rain and hand-washing, 5 ATM is fine for swimming, and 10 ATM and above suits snorkelling.
No watch should be worn in a hot shower or a sauna. Heat, not water, is what ruins seals.
What if it does not suit me?
Send it back within 30 days for a full refund. Unworn, in its original packaging, return shipping on us. No restocking fee, and no interrogation about why.
What does the warranty cover?
Two years on the movement and on manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover accidental damage, water beyond the rated depth, or normal wear to straps and plating.
How do I resize the strap or bracelet?
Steel bracelets can be sized at home with the tool in the box, or by any jeweller in a few minutes. Leather straps use standard spring bars, so you can swap them yourself. If you are between sizes, go one link looser.
Is my payment secure?

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Rates and delivery windows are calculated at checkout from your address. Import duties are set by your country rather than by us; where we are able to collect them up front, they appear at checkout.
